To all Members of the SBDA and SRC:
It has come to our attention from numerous members who train (both upland and waterfowl) and use the club's training grounds, that some training etiquette and safety guidelines should be made public and available for the general membership.
In the past, there have been very few issues or disagreements regarding the use of the grounds. However, with more and more usage by the members, a set of guidelines seems to be in order.
The following are mostly courtesies and common sense, and are easily understood. Quite a few members, and pro-trainers have given their input on these guidelines. We still want our members to enjoy the training grounds, have fun with their dogs, and most of all be safe and aware with those around you.
Enjoy,
Mike Cochran President SBDA
